· Date and time of booking

Use Of Data

We collect personal information when you sign up to our email mailing list or when you opt in when booking online. We will only ask for your name, so that we may address you by this when sending out correspondence, and your email address.

Email addresses and any other details collected at sign up/opt-in are only used internally for the purpose of sending you communications related to your booking or 1st Base News and offers. We will not pass on or sell your data to other companies/businesses.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list you can email us at info@1stbase.co.uk or you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails – we’ll remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.

Your data is securely stored upon password protected servers hosted by:

Checkfront – Our booking software provider
Stripe – Online Payment Merchant
iZettle – If you pay on the day and use our iZettle card reader

Mailchimp – If you have signed up to our mailing list, either via our website or when booking
Only accessible by authorised 1st Base staff.

Information We Share

We never share your information with any other parties or service providers.

We only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or as otherwise required by law.
